What the score is for
Each question maps to something the index can verify: whether staff can be paid in Bitcoin, whether that is written down, whether pay can go to a wallet the worker controls, whether there is public evidence. A low score is not a judgment. It is a list of what a review would look at first.
The weights are disclosed on the result screen. Compensation and proof carry the most points because they are the signals candidates ask about.
